Take a step closer to workplace equality by understanding everything you need to know about gender and sexuality inclusion policies.
Working closely with Manchester’s LGBT Foundation, we are creating a new set of inclusion policies to ensure everyone’s rights are respected and adhered to – regardless of their gender-identity or sexuality.
It is important for businesses to be aware of vital inclusion policies to ensure their employees and clients are treated respectfully, fairly, and equally. You can learn how to incorporate these policies into your work environment by reading (and hopefully sharing) our guide to workplace gender inclusion.
If you have gendered toilets in work, we’ve created a poster you can download and display that will help to make your office a more inclusive environment.
By sharing this guidance with fellow businesses, we are taking a step closer to achieving workplace equality.
