This role focuses on the day-to-day project management of our client campaigns. You’ll be the key day-to-day point of contact for your clients, being available and responsive to queries and requests, directing them internally wherever is appropriate. You will be well organised with a great level of attention to detail - you'll be expected to coordinate projects and make sure work is delivered on time, to your clients’ satisfaction and without exceeding its allocated time budgets.
This role is based around running the client services function of your team, with key responsibilities including the growth and retention of clients, guidance of the team in terms of relationship management and creative direction and working with your allocated director to ensure the team works to support the creative and commercial goals of the agency. In addition to growing revenues from existing clients you will actively work with the Business Development team, winning new clients for your team.
