We’re looking for a digital marketing assistant to join our team and grow their career with us

Title: Digital Marketing Assistant
Hours: Full-time, Flexitime
Location: Hybrid home/office working policy (we are based in the Northern Quarter, Manchester)
Salary: £21,000 per annum, upto 7% annual salary increase each December after your first full year. Ad-hoc bonuses.
Holidays: 31 per year, plus one extra per year


We’re looking for a well-rounded digital marketing assistant that has some commercial digital marketing experience

Main roles and responsibilities

  • Supporting our digital marketing managers with their paid media, natural search and social campaigns.
  • Creating and updating campaign and insight reports and statistics.
  • Making adjustments to advertising campaigns.
  • Editing visual assets and providing feedback.
  • Building action lists from client meetings, and maintaining accurate task-lists.
  • Managing marketing calendars, and ensuring that all work is completed on time.


Key skills

  • Commercial experience in digital marketing, so working within paid media, SEO or social in a full-time role or internship.
  • Excellent task and time management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • The motivation to learn and progress.


Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs
