THE ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Managers and Senior Digital Marketing Managers on various client accounts, carrying out a variety of marketing tasks. Our work includes a blend of essential BAU (Business As Usual) campaigns and innovative, creative-led campaigns that focus heavily on paid search and social media.
Our clients' campaigns range from local to global, spanning multiple territories and languages. The work is engaging, challenging, and offers variety every day. If you are ambitious, a keen learner, and looking for a role with a clear career path, this position could be an excellent fit for you.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to make their first step into the digital landscape. While you may have a basic understanding of digital marketing, what’s most important is a hunger to learn and develop your skills further.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Supporting our digital marketing managers with their paid media, natural search and social campaigns.
- Creating and updating campaign and insight reports and statistics.
- Making adjustments to advertising campaigns.
- Editing visual assets and providing feedback.
- Building action lists from client meetings and maintaining accurate task lists.
- Managing marketing calendars and ensuring that all work is completed on time.
ABOUT YOU
Essentials:
- Commercial experience in digital marketing, so working within paid media, SEO or social in a full-time role or internship.
- Excellent task and time management skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The motivation to learn and progress.
Desirables:
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio.
- Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
THE PERKS
Hybrid Working: work in the office when you want, but work remotely when it’s more productive. All we ask in return is for you to be in the office at least 2 days a month and when required for client face-to-face meetings.
Flexitime: Start between 08:00 to 09:00 and finish between 16:30 to 17:30; for an early dart on a Friday this is 16:00 to 17:00!
Annual Leave: 31 days including bank holidays and Christmas, plus your birthday off after 1 year's service and an additional day's holiday for every year you’re part of our team, up to an additional 20 days!
