Murdoch and Jobs to create iPad news app

Following the introduction of paywalls to many News Corp titles, Rupert Murdoch's multinational is set to enter the app market. Rather than replicating published content, however, everything in the Daily app will be made exclusively for the iPad and similar devices. According to the Guardian, the US paper has been "secretly under development in New York for several months".
